Classes
We have our Workshop on Wednesday morning, 10:15am-12:45pm.
Friday 14th July
10:15am-2:30pm, Hand Quilting
Quilting by hand is a traditional pastime particularly in the North East. During the class you will be shown how to draft a pattern to the fabric, how to make a pattern fit to your project, how to hoop up the fabric and how to hand quilt. We will also discuss what needles and threads to use.
Included in the class will be an instructional leaflet which includes hints tips and a quilting template for you to take home. Suitable for beginners. £15.
Saturday 15th July
10:15am-12:30pm Overlocker Beginners
This Class is a must for anyone who has an Overlocker Machine or is thinking about buying one. We will introduce you to the basics of the Overlocker, threading, cleaning and the basic stitches and adjustments that can be made. Cost £10.
1:15pm-3:15pm, Overlocker Bag
During the Class we will be using our Overlocker Machines to make a useful Bag.
The Class will get you using the Overlocker and build up your confidence with it and as bonus you will go home with a finished project. Cost £10.

Product of the Week
This weeks 'Product of the Week' is Fat Packs. In each fat pack there are 4 fat quarters from a range of fabric. The fabrics are matched together so they will go well together in a project. We have a lot of different types of fat packs including children's, Christmas floral and batiks. The fat packs are included in our summer sale and prices start from only £6.71.
