April
Friday 13th- Free Motion Quilting- 10:15am-2pm £17.
Explore free machine embroidery and quilting in the class. Learn new techniques and build your confidence.
Interfacing and wadding will be provided.
Saturday 14th- Machine Embroidery - 10:15am-12:45pm £15.
Included in the class is the Sweet Pea design in multi formats and sizes for you to take away. Make a Centre Block in the Embroidery hoop with the option of continuing with the Block of the Month Program and produce a quilt or the block would make a Cushion or Bag front.
Tuesday 17th- Proggy Mat- 10:15am-12:45pm £10.
Inspired by the Proggy Mats, that were in most homes throughout the North East.
Learn the technique in the class and go on to make your own unique piece.
A fun technique and a great way to use up all those scraps. Hessian will be provided.
Friday 20th- Overlocker class-1:15pm-3:15pm £10.
The class is ideal if you are a beginner or if you have some experience. Learn the basics and more. The class will explore different techniques a must for anyone who has or thinking about getting an overlocker.
Friday 27th- Get to Know your Sewing Machine- 10:15am-12:45pm £10.
If you want to get the most out of your machine then this is the perfect class for you. In this session we will be exploring the walking foot. Cost £10.
Saturday 28th- Dressmaking- 10:15am-12:45pm £10.
Fancy making a Dress, Skirt or PJ's then we have a selection of patterns and Fabrics that you can choose from and throughout the process get help from our expert Dressmaking teacher.
May
Friday 4th- Let's Make a Bin- 10:15am-12:15pm £12.99.
Make a Waste Paper Bin that you will not want to hide away. You will be guided during each stage, ensuring a professional finish.
Class includes the Kit to make the bin. Add in fabric from your own stash or purchase Fabric from The Fat Quarters. Cost £12.99
Friday 11th- Uneven 9 patch- 10:15am-2pm £20.
