Learn how to make a Blazing Star Block.
The class includes All fabrics which will be pre-cut to make a 12 inch finished block.
This could then be made into a cushion, bag or the centre of a quilt. £17. 

Saturday- Dressmaking- 10:15am-12:45pm £10.
This class is perfect for beginners and those with dressmaking experience. Our teacher Wendy will help you to make a garment of your choice. During the session you will learn a dressmaking tip or skill such as how to insert a zip, Interfacings or how to add a pocket. All of this for only £10 per session!

Saturday 3rd
Selfish sewing class

So often life takes over and we are so busy doing other things that we forget to have time to sew. The Selfish Sewing Session is a great opportunity to catch up with or finish off old projects or just start something you have wanted to do.
Everyone is invited for coffee, cake a catch up and a little sewing. FREE CLASS.

Machine Embroidery Zip in the Hoop 10:15am-12:45pm.  £17.

A great class to get the most out of your Embroidery Sewing Machine.

This is an unusual 'in the hoop' design. Many of you sew as well as embroider and would like to use your hoops to insert zippers in your sewing projects. Using one of the Sweet Pea designs from Australia this zipper design will let you do just that for zips up to 16 inches in length.

Included in the class is your copy of the Sweet Pea Design which is available in multi formats, and sizes.

During the class we will load the designs onto the machine, hoop interfacings and fabrics and lots more. Ideal for beginners.

Tuesday 13th
Get to know your sewing machine 
In this session we are looking at more feet included in your sewing machine , what they can do, and how they can make your sewing easier.
Cost £10.

Friday 16th
Overlocker class £10 1:15pm-3:15pm.
The class is ideal if you are a beginner or if you have some experience. We will look at threading and maintaining as well as a number of useful and decorative functions of the overlocker.

It's the weekend again!

Hello everyone!

So here we are in February. This year is going pretty fast already! How are all your new year projects going? If you need some inspiration we have lots of patterns, kits and fabrics to help. We have some beautiful spring fabrics from Moda including the Ambleside collection. We also have some brights from Moda such as Grunge Hits the Spot, Batiks and Canyon. These fabrics will cheer up this very dull February afternoon.

Of your New Years resolution was to come to some classes we have plenty coming up. Next week we have 'Get to Know Your Sewing Machine' on Tuesday morning & Friday morning. We also have the 'Trio Of Triangles' class next Saturday morning. Visit out website to find more information or to book.
