DRESSMAKING CLASSES!
Have u always fancied making your own clothes? We have Dressmaking classes on the last Saturday of the month with Wendy our Dressmaking teacher.
Wendy has over 30 years of experience with alterations and dressmaking and will be able to help you with your new hobby. Start off with a simple skirt or pair of pyjamas and Wendy will help you read the pattern and guide you through it.
In each session you will learn a skill such as how to insert a zip, how to alter a dart and how to decide which fabric is best for your chosen project. After this you will be able to work on your own project with help and guidance.
All of this for only £10 per class!
The class is ideal for beginners and for those with some dressmaking experience.
Our next class is on Saturday 30th September, 10:15am-12:45pm.
