Classes in June

Hello,

Here is a list of our classes in June.


Friday 1st June- Charming Appliqué Cushion/ Wall Hanging- 10:15am-2pm £10. 

Using a Charm Pack make this delightful applique which would look lovely as a Cushion or Wall Hanging.

Cost £10 includes full colour pattern

Saturday 2nd June- Proggy Mat- 10:15am-12:45pm £10. 

Inspired by the Proggy Mats, that were in most homes throughout the North East.
Learn the technique in the class and go on to make your own unique piece.
A fun technique and a great way to use up all those scraps.
Hessian will be provided.
Proggy Tools are available in store.

Tuesday 5th June- Simply Stripes Quilt Class- 10:15am-2:30pm £10. 

Using one Moda Layer Cake make this quilt top easily in a day.
Finished Size 57” x 59”.
Cost includes the pattern.

Saturday 16th June- Machine Embroidery Class- 10:15am-12:45pm £15. 

Included in the class is the Sweet Pea design in multi formats and sizes for you to take away. Make a Centre Block in the Embroidery hoop with the option of continuing with the Block of the Month Program and produce a quilt or the block would make a Cushion or Bag front.

Tuesday 19th June- Regency Charm Cushion- 10:15am-2:30pm £10. 

Using one Moda Charm Pack make the Cushion front and Binding. Add a little Fabric to do remaining squares to complete the back of the cushion.
Purchase a Moda Charm Pack at The Fat Quarters for the class and get 10% off.
Cost includes pattern.

We also have workshops throughout the week if you have your own project and need help or want to chat to others while sewing.
