Machine Embrodiery Bag

Have you seen the photo of the machine embroidery bag? If not have a look, it's beautiful!

Kim has used the Sweet Pea Designs downloadable pattern. She chose the beautiful red linen fabric to give the bag a slightly heavier weight than cotton fabric. To make the bag stand up Vlieseline style-vil has been used in the middle which gives the bag body and makes it sturdy. If you squash the bag the style vil will spring back so the bag won't get all crumpled. Kim also used Vlieseline deco-vil light. To do the embroidery on the bag Kim used Vlieseline Stitch and Tear and Brother embroidery threads.

Brother Embrodiery threads are £2.30.
Vlieseline Style-Vil is £8 per metre.
Stitch and Tear is £3.50 per metre.
