Here is our latest class list.

August

Friday 24th- Machine Embroidery Bag - 10:15am-2:30pm £20. 

In this class you will be using Sweet Pea design to make a bag using your Embrodiery machine.

Friday 31st August- Getting Ready for Christmas- 10:15am-12:45pm £10. 

Get ahead for Christmas and make a table runner in our Getting Ready for Christmas class.

September

Friday 7th- Get To Know Your Sewing Machine- 10:15am-12:45pm £10. 

If you want to get the most out of your machine, learn new techniques, discover what the feet can do and more then this is the perfect class, one of our most popular. Cost £10.

Saturday 8th- Overlocker Beginners and Beyond- 10:15am-12:45pm £10. 

This Class is a must for anyone who has an Overlocker Machine or is thinking about buying one. We will introduce you to the basics of the Overlocker, threading, cleaning and the basic stitches and adjustments that can be made. Then explore a variety of different techniques using the machine.
Cost £10.

Saturday 8th- FREE Interfacings Demo 2pm. 

Friday 14th- Hand Quilting- 10:15am-12:30pm £8. 

Learn how to mark out a design onto the fabric, which needles and thread to use and then how to hand quilt.

This is a very relaxing technique and is suitable for beginners.

Friday 21st- Machine Embroidery- 10:15am-12:45pm £15. 

Included in the class is the Sweet Pea design in multi formats and sizes for you to take away. Make a Centre Block in the Embroidery hoop with the option of continuing with the Block of the Month Program and produce a quilt or the block would make a Cushion or Bag front.

Saturday 29th- Dressmaking with Wendy- 10:15am-12:45pm £10. 

During each session there will be a masterclass on a Dressmaking technique, how to insert zips,
Make pleats, alter a dart, which Fabric is best for the pattern and more.
Then you will be able to work on a project you have selected.
Fancy making a Dress, Skirt or PJ's then we have a selection of patterns and Fabrics that you can choose from and throughout the process get help from our expert Dressmaking teacher.
All this for only £10 per session.

Each month leading up to Christmas we will be doing a different project to get us ready for Christmas.
This month we are making a Christmas Stocking. However you can make a Cushion or Table Runner that we have made in previous sessions. Cost £10.
