This week I have been working on the Brother Innovis V5, and in particular the Embroidery aspect of it. I have just completed a bag which is one of the projects for a class this week. Appliqué in the hoop is so easy on an Embroidery Machine and if you are passing the shop call in or keep checking our Facebook page for videos and finished projects.

This week in store we have had a number of New arrivals from Prym. The Pom-Pom maker is not only fun, and slightly addictive, but fabulous as embellishments on Bags, cushions and more.
The Prym Vario Pliers are brilliant, they use both plastic and metal snaps and are great for bag closures, duvets and as I witnessed at the Festival of Quilts a ladies skirts that had the snaps down the front.
We also have the Thread Cutter, brilliant to cut threads whilst travelling, and we even tested it on wool and embroidery threads and it worked, and the Prym Needle Twister which include 15 gold eye needles.
The Class Lists have been updated until October if you can travel to the shop, and don’t forget there is still a 30% Discount on Fabric, Fabric Panels and Fabric Fat Packs in store and on the website.
